Proxima Penthouses:
Targetti collaborated with the esteemed architectural firm Construkt to provide the architectural lighting solutions for the Apartments and Penthouses at the Proxima residence. Construkt’s expertise in architecture and interior design laid the foundation for Targetti to deliver a bespoke lighting strategy, seamlessly integrating with the architectural features and premium materials of the project.
Through a layered lighting approach, Targetti drew on its extensive product portfolio to supply a range of innovative solutions. These included OZ standalone trimless linear downlights by Targetti, the Forty Eight trimless track system, and custom surface-mounted spotlights by IBL designed to match the track’s proportions. The Manhattan profile by Panzeri was utilized to create sophisticated cove lighting effects along the feature walls, while LED strips by IBL enhanced the joinery. Additionally, glare-free, surface-mounted IP-rated downlights by Simes were selected for their refined performance and aesthetics.
This comprehensive approach not only accentuates the architectural nuances of the Proxima Penthouses but also delivers a flexible and dynamic lighting layout, enhancing the overall living experience. The project exemplifies the perfect synergy between innovative lighting design and architectural sophistication, defining a new standard of luxury living.
